My current research is focused on the analysis of the supply-side effects on gender wage inequality.
I am interested in labour economics, applied econometrics, gender wage gap and gender inequality.
I have been working as an associate researcher and PhD candidate in the "Methods of Data Analysis" section of the Federal Statistical Office (DESTATIS) since 2018. I am doing my PhD on dynamic microsimulation in cooperation with Trier University.
My work focuses on statistical modelling of regional income inequalities in Germany as well as the generation of synthetic income data based on the microcensus and the income tax statistics.
