Francisco Meneses
Duke UniversityFrancisco Meneses just graduated from the PhD in Public Policy at Duke University. His research focuses on intergenerational mobility, analyzing roadblocks that prevent low-income students from graduating, increasing their income and helped them climb the social mobility ladder. He has a MPA/ID from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Francisco worked as an economist at the Central Bank of Chile, UNESCO, World Bank and the Director of Research of the Ministry of Education of Chile.
